Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Norvale AI Systems Ltd. ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you do not have permission to access our architecture services.

2. Description of Services

Norvale AI is a specialized engineering consultancy providing deterministic AI architectures, extraction pipelines, and workflow automation for the B2B FinTech sector. The specific deliverables and scope of any engagement will be outlined in a separate, mutually agreed-upon Statement of Work (SOW).

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless explicitly stated in your commercial contract, the intellectual property rights of the custom systems, codebases, and architectures developed during an engagement remain subject to the terms defined in the overarching Master Services Agreement (MSA) signed by both parties. Our proprietary methodologies and frameworks remain the property of Norvale AI Systems Ltd..

4. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all proprietary business processes, financial data, and technical specifications disclosed during the relationship. These terms are superseded by any active Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) executed between the parties.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Norvale AI, nor its directors, employees, partners, or agents, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of our services, including loss of profits, data, or operational capabilities.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of our primary operating jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
